Please drop by our photo exhibition if you've time and inclination. It starts tomorrow at Yamamoto Gallery, which is on Anekoji (It is the narrow street that runs between Teramachi and Kawaramachi, the street North of Sanjo). The gallery is easy to find on the North side of the street. It runs until Sunday (20th) and gallery hors are noon until 7pm (5pm on the final day).

The exhibit is part of a series of exhibitions running (more-or-less) concurrently here in Kyoto under the auspices of the Kyoto Photography Club (of which I might be a member), and entitled "How are you, PHOTOGRAPHY? The 14th", no less.

Shows are still on at Yamamoto Gallery and Gallery Kato (in the Teramachi arcade between Sanjo and Oike - where Aaron and I unveiled our collaborative 写販機 photograph vending machine a few years back).

Most important, naturally, are the two, yes two Exhibition Parties, which are both on Sunday at Gallery Maronie (5th floor). The Reception Party is from 1pm to 2.30pm, and the 「laisser faire」Photo Party from 7pm to 9pm. Admission is free, and victuals and beverages will be provided.

Sandwiched between the two is famed photo crtic Iizawa Kotaro's lecture on 'Photography and Myth', also free but alas in Japanese only.
